Job seekers never pay NexRecruit for anything. If anyone asks you for money in your job search, it is not us. Report it to hjr@nexbdm.com.

What NexRecruit does and does not promise

NexRecruit is designed to improve the presentation, clarity and recruiter-readiness of your profile. It does not promise or guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome.

Company verification and acceptable use

Companies must pre-register with a valid CIPC number and be approved by our team before they see any candidate. Companies may not scrape, resell, or share candidate data. Abuse ends access immediately.

Companies: what you agree to

Every company accepts these employer terms when it registers and again before each shortlist request. In substance:

Candidate details are supplied for the role they were supplied for, and for no other purpose.
You will not try to identify a candidate from an anonymised card, scrape cards, or share them outside your company.
If you hire a candidate we introduced within 12 months of the introduction while unsubscribed, or within 12 months of cancelling, the circumvention schedule is payable.
Your subscription runs for a 12-month term, billed monthly to the card on file, and continues month to month after that unless you end it.
Cancelling early charges only the unpaid part of the candidate reveals you actually used. Use nothing and cancel, and nothing is due.

Subscription. A subscription is an annual allowance of candidate reveals on a 12-month term, billed monthly to the card you save. Accepting a confirmed candidate uses one reveal. Unused reveals do not roll over. If a monthly payment fails we retry over seven days, during which you can browse but not accept anyone; after that the subscription is suspended until a payment succeeds. At the end of the term the subscription continues month to month at the same rate unless you end it, and we send you a notice beforehand as the Consumer Protection Act requires.

Cancelling. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. During the term the only charge on cancellation is the unpaid part of the candidate reveals you actually used; use none and nothing is due. The amount is shown before you confirm and is charged to the card you saved. If that charge fails the cancellation still stands and we invoice you. After the term, nothing is due on cancellation.

Circumvention. If you or an affiliate hire a candidate we introduced while not subscribed, or within 12 months of cancelling, the schedule in your placement agreement is payable.

Early access and founding numbers

Early access is capped at 10 000 founding job seeker members. Each member gets a sequential founding number when they sign up. Numbers are permanent and non-transferable. When the cap is reached, registration closes until the next intake.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of your CV and documents. You grant NexRecruit a limited licence to process them for the purposes in our privacy page (profile building, verification, matching with employers you allow).

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the platform running but cannot promise it is available every second. To the extent the law allows, NexRecruit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will tell you by email or on the platform before the change takes effect.

Governing law

South Africa. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

NexBDM (Pty) Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on anything we invoice.

For anything about your personal information you may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za. Once we are registered as a private employment agency, conduct complaints may also go to the Department of Employment and Labour.
