Existing clients have platform access. New onboarding dates and supported channels are confirmed individually after the diagnostic. WhatsApp, payments and other integrations require the relevant provider approval and configuration; they are not automatically active for every business.

Build a business that can run while you are with your family.
The agreed Business OS, responsibility mapping, decision authority, SOPs, manager training and a manager KPI dashboard. You identify, employ and supply the manager. We help put the system and handover around that person.
R60,000 initial consulting stage. The remaining R540,000 is payable only after agreed delivery, a one-week owner absence test and written acceptance.
Proposed implementation: 90 days from a documented ready-to-start kickoff, with the manager, access and inputs ready. Dependency delays are recorded in writing.
The progression goal is a month away after six months. This is a goal, not a proven result or an additional automatic guarantee. The six-month starting point is confirmed in your agreement.
Initial-fee earning, cancellation, correction and any guarantee terms must be confirmed before signature. No unconditional non-refundable or money-back promise is made here.
R10,000 monthly: First agreed workflow live. Monitoring, support and a monthly manager review.
R20,000 monthly: Connected operating journey live. Wider monitoring, scorecards and fortnightly manager reviews.
R30,000 monthly: Supervised manager handoff. Weekly review, owner-dependency tracking and corrective follow-through.
R100,000 monthly: Full handoff and freedom test accepted. Weekly manager accountability, a monthly standings report across all implemented in-scope functions, monthly owner review, manager KPI upkeep, system care and bounded existing-workflow improvement.
One total monthly fee applies at a time. Each milestone replaces the previous fee; standard Business OS monthly fees are not added on top. Each change requires milestone evidence, client confirmation and an agreed effective date.
Third-party subscriptions, licences, messaging and usage costs are not assumed included. Included allowances and separately payable costs are confirmed in the written agreement before commitment. Development and support capacity are bounded by the agreed scope; additional work needs written approval. No dedicated manager is supplied.
